Same shit , different day.

Jim and I are having the time of our life.  We really are! 

There is so much work that needs to be done and I’m afraid I’d be boring you with all the details of what these days look like.  They entail many hours of driving back and forth to Home Depot, boat part stores, Lowe’s, furniture warehouses, fish markets, (because we love fish), stalking Amazon sites for light bulbs, flares, life jackets, shower heads, screws, carpets, float switches, blah, blah, blah.  

So, that being said, I think, while we are getting the boat ready for our departure for the Great Loop, I will blog our week on Sundays for now.  It will be so much more fun when we are actually out on the water, cruising!  

Our next big deal will be renaming our boat. I can hardly wait! The lettering is ordered and will be here soon.  Our boat will get its proper name with all the pomp and circumstance it deserves!

Just for fun, remember that survey list we told you about? The one with 52 things that need to be addressed? A new updated flare system was #2 in the safety category. Today we picked up our new recliner chairs for our aft deck. They are beautiful and comfortable and Jim is a happy camper with his new flare gun😂
